The new Portfolio Area in nestermind is designed to simplify the management of multi-unit real estate projects, both for rentals and sales.
The structure is organized into:
- Projects
- Buildings
- Properties
Through the Project Overview section, you can follow the lifecycle of all your projects. For example, you can easily link properties to their respective buildings, while always maintaining a clear and complete portfolio structure.
Operational management also becomes even more efficient thanks to bulk actions that allow you to:
- select all properties within a building;
- modify multiple statuses at the same time;
- publish properties or entire projects simultaneously;
- manage large volumes of units quickly.

Notifications
Important updates, instantly visible.
The new Notifications section in nestermind allows you to keep publications, queued actions, operational updates and reminders under control, all in one place.
Publications are now processed in the background: you can instantly publish one or multiple properties and immediately continue your work without waiting in front of the screen until the operation is completed.
Once the publication is completed, nestermind automatically sends you a confirmation notification.
This is especially valuable for bulk publishing, where multiple properties can be managed and published without slowing down your workflow.
