Autumn 2024: when imagination becomes reality.
nestermind was founded in autumn 2024 as an independent software solution with the goal of combining state-of-the-art artificial intelligence technology with the specific
know-how of the real estate industry.
In a 15 m² office in Zurich, Lucas Pelloni (Co-Founder & CEO), Severin Fiala Wullschleger (Co-Founder & CTO), and Dr. Stephan D. Meyer (Co-Founder & Chairman) embarked on an entrepreneurial challenge: developing a CRM system for real estate marketing that rethinks sales workflows and questions the industry’s status quo.
A number of forward-thinking companies quickly recognized nestermind’s potential. The objective was clear: to drive a tangible paradigm shift in the way real estate agencies manage data, inquiries, and marketing processes.
After several successful test phases and shortly before the go-to-market launch in Switzerland, a pre-seed funding round was closed to accelerate market entry.
In 2025, the operational foundations were established, beginning with a dedicated software engineering team. Today, nestermind employs 12 people, has already convinced several dozen clients, and achieved six-figure revenue within just a few months.
The vision today is clear: to bring Agentic AI into the real estate industry and build an
AI-first CRM, scalable, secure, and independent, that connects agents, buyers, and data within an intelligent ecosystem.

In just one week, we released 13 product updates and onboarded more than 50 new users, while further strengthening Customer Success and onboarding and accelerating our development cycles.
This approach allows us to continue growing while maintaining high quality, even as the number of users and inquiries increases: today, the average response time is under 30 seconds.
