Off-Market properties
Sell with discretion...
You can now mark a property directly in its details as Off-Market. Manage your Off-Market properties in nestermind and use all features as usual. The system makes sure they cannot be published.
Adaptive activities in the Logbook
You log the activity, nestermind updates the rest.
The Logbook now adapts to what you do: you see everything you have already done and everything still open, all in one place. And when you log an activity, the "what happens" sequence shows you in advance what will happen: the activity lands in the log, the prospect's status moves forward, the property's status is updated at the push of a button.
